From: Hawaiian Joe Re: Hawaiian Vacations Dear Hawai'i Vacationer:
This May Be The Most Important Savings Message You'll Ever Read.Odds are very good that, if you're currently in the process of making plans to visit us or if you've already vacationed here, you're either banging your head against a wall right now, or did in the past, trying to make simple affordable vacation arrangements for the things you want to do while you're here. Only to be given bad advise, sent to the wrong places, herded and corralled like cattle, fed from buffet lines (that are not normally fitting to eat), and then released two hours latter while you're scratching your head wondering what you just paid $150 per person for; or what you did wrong in the process to be ripped off like that. Odds are also very good that you're needlessly doing so. Just imagine what things would be like for you if you were on a level playing field with everyone else that lives here... Frankly, tourism is extremely low and getting worse as each day passes and can be contributed to many factors including the recession. So, when people do travel they want a good value for the money they spend. Otherwise, they are not likely to return for another visit. Here at our headquarters, we are making travel shopping and other items as easy as 1, 2, 3.... To make things easy for our customers we are in the process of designing and maintaining over 250 websites that focus' on specific travel destinations, as well as other shopping needs and endeavors. What if I told you that because you don't live in a specific area, you are charged premium tourism prices, while local residents receive as much as 80% or more off products and services. This is what's known as local rates or as we say in Hawai'i - Kamaaina Rates. You receive these Kamaaina rates because you are considered Ohana (family) and can produce a State ID card or Hawai'i drivers licenses which has entitled me to as much as 75% off first class show tickets. This practice has been going on for decades now. Frankly, I find it very offensive in nature and do not agree with it whatsoever. It's price gorging with the tourist populace and turning people off from re-visiting specific locations on their next trips.
I'm in the process of solving these price gorging practices with the hundreds of business affiliations with the largest corporations in every industry. We always attempt to have the lowest prices available on our websites whether it be with Expedia , Hotels.com , Orbitz or any other major business partner. Each of these major corporations can be accessed right from any of our 250+ websites. This is what this opening letter is all about. To give you the needed tools and information you need to make good affordable decisions regarding your travel or vacation. I strive to give you information on many events, attractions and places to stay that are trying hard to please their customers with good value and want their return business. I visit these establishments myself on a daily basis. I fly to the other locals just to visit establishments. I do, at times, introduce myself to Hotel managers to see what prices they charge tourist vs. the local rate and compare them to see if it's reasonably priced. I want to know, with first hand knowledge, if my endorsement go on it, it will be of value to my readers. Day after day, I write copy about different places to visit, places to eat, places that provide living accommodations while visiting, and a host of other things that will improve your stay. (See the sample write up from Warren And Annabelle's Magic Dinner Show below) I expect and demand nothing less than to be treated fairly. I've had Hotel Managers call me personally or write emails asking for my endorsement. They've all ensured me that my customers will always get favorable pricing with great service. The one thing I don't do is announce myself while visiting restaurants and other facilities. I just blend in with the tourist to see how the service, shows, food, products, et cetera are. I want to see if it's of value for recommendation to my subscribers or bad enough to make my black list of places of not to visit. I'm one that does not take kindly to paying good money for bad service or a bad product. When, it happens, I do eventually get around to identifying it. If you're interested in receiving our travel updates for your specific location or destination then you can register by visiting Joe's News Center. One of the best moments for me comes when I pay the bill, especially at restaurants. I printed several thousand of the cards below which says:
I place the card, along with my bank card, when paying the tab. The best part is the look on their faces when they come back to the table for my autograph. They know what kind of service or product they delivered. Based on their own actions or service, they can pretty much figure where their rating is at, along with what will be said in their upcoming write-up. These are my opinions and my opinions alone. I will say, I do everything humanly possible to be as fair as I can without showing favoritisms. And everything in print is as factual as I can make it and still make it interesting for you to read for informational purposes. My whole objective is to expose the bad and the ugly, identify the good, and provide you honest, straightforward information regarding the places to visit which I think are a good value and that you will enjoy. In my opinion, there are so many things to do and see in every location, there is no way anyone can begin to see it all in a two week vacation. Many travelers have never vacationed at a specific location before and they are seeing it on their first trip, and I want to ensure they have the information they need to make the most of it while they're visiting. Another service we offer is keeping you informed of cheap airfares, hotel specials, and car rentals, et cetera as we receive the information from our major business associates. Within the last few years alone, there have been numerous airfare price wars with air travel. The rates, on many occasions, have been as low as $19 one-way. The problem is that when the price wars are announced, they are only good for approximately 1 to 2 days and must be used within a specified time frame - usually a 3 month window. What we do is notify our subscribers immediately that a major drop in airfare has occurred. So, you get the notification, sign-on to the vendor, and purchase your ticket. Again, if you're interested in receiving our travel updates for your specific location or destination then you can register by visiting Joe's News Center. Many times throughout the forthcoming months, for approximately $40 each, you could get airfares during your stay to other destinations like Maui, The Big Island of Hawai'i or Kaua'i on carriers like Hawaiian Airlines. However, you have to be quick with your responses. To reiterate, the sales are very short when they occur. You can leave out early one morning, tour a specific location or event, and return late that evening to your place of origin. For example, flying from Honolulu to Kahului, Maui to see WARREN & ANNABELLE'S MAGIC DINNER SHOW in Lahaina, Maui and returning later that evening after the show if you so desire. As of this writing the airfares are $28 to Kahului. Or you can just wait until the next morning and spend the night in one of our nearby Lahaina Hotels. Just one word of caution when visiting WARREN & ANNABELLE'S MAGIC DINNER SHOW. They stay sold out several days to weeks in advance. Therefore, you will want to call them for reservations at (808) 667-MAGIC (6244). "This is the best comedy show I've seen in Hawai'i or anywhere else in my travels. The food is excellent, the show is excellent, the service is excellent and Warren himself is amazing. I've not laughed so hard since I was a child." Tell them that I (Hawaiian Joe) recommended the show. If you like good southern humor, then you will enjoy Warren Gibson's magic show who originated out of Greenville, South Carolina and now, like me, lives in Hawai'i. To read more about the Magic Dinner Show click here. You will also need to calculate or budget the cost of a vehicle rental into the equation, or else take a tour bus or guide. For approximately $40 per day, you can get a very nice vehicle depending on what your standards are. Over the past couple of years, I've personally used and received great prices from Thrifty. So, it's very feasible and inexpensive, with the right planning, to visit several other locations while visiting specific travel destinations during a two week vacation stay. Just recently, I flew from Tennessee to Orlando Florida with a family of 9 for just $59 each. Not bad when you figure you are there in less than an hour as opposed to an all day drive (15 hours) with expenses for 6 adults and 3 children along the road. As for myself, I am a Certified State Of Hawai'i Destination Specialist. What that means is that I've taken several in-depth courses on each of the Hawaiian Islands with satisfactory results. In turn, I was given the certification and a nice certificate to hang on my wall that says the same. I also have two Masters Degree's, a Bachelors, and two Associate Degrees. I've spent more than 30 years in information systems with over half that time with the United States Air Force. I love writing and developing websites and I love Hawai'i, Tennessee and Virginia. I have over 250 website's running, some I've not looked at in a couple years or so. I like to put things together and educate people in how to get more value for their money. I spent many years with the Air Force writing programs and putting lesson plans together and then teaching personnel how things work in a formal classroom environment. I also have an extensive background in medicine with an emphasis in Critical Care and Cardiothoracic Surgery. I've worked at some of the top hospitals in the country, and I try to help the sick and disabled, by teaching them to live better by applying and practicing more efficient life-sustaining techniques. My name is really Joe and I live on the Island of O'ahu Hawai'i and that's how the name Hawaiian Joe, Alaska Joe, Nevada Joe, Tennessee Joe as well as all the other "Joe's" came about. I registered Hawaiian Joe, Incorporated it, and Trademarked it and put all the other Joe Companies, plus others, under the one Hawaiian Joe umbrella. I strive to develop programs that will simplify peoples lives. The Good Lord always gave me the ability to adapt and overcome. So, I try to share whatever is easy for me with everyone else so their lives will be somewhat less complicated and more simplified. As one famous man once said: "All you can do - is all you can do. But, all you can do - is enough." So, I keep on delivering copy for your benefit to the best of my ability.
